i almost gave this place a good review, but no, not with my room that felt smaller than a wardrobe and the heating off on a damp night. i also expected a complimentary gesture for all the troubles, clearly, my presence wasn’t enough to warrant any special treatment. overall, disappointing for an nh brand, really.

Perfect for a family getaway

The staff were amazing! They really went out of their way to help us, especially with our kid. They even left a small gift for him which made it super special. The location was fantastic too, just a short walk to the beach and a lot of good restaurants around.

It wasn't exactly dirt cheap, but it felt fair for what we got.

Noise is another concern—the walls aren’t the best at keeping the sounds of neighboring rooms at bay. Plus, the room I got was slightly battered, lacking the aura of the modern vibe one might expect. If you're arriving on a damp evening, you'll want to prepare for a chilly welcome since the heating wasn't on. it's decent but has a fair few quirks that might not sit well with everyone.

I had a lovely time during my two-night stay, where the staff went above and beyond by providing a bed and bowls for my dog. The rooms were comfortable, featuring modern amenities like a coffee machine which was a nice touch. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to local bars, restaurants, and the beautiful waterfront. One downside was the limited parking. it can get a bit tricky with larger vehicles.

The breakfast was one of the best parts, with amazing regional cheeses and freshly cooked omelettes! The room had everything we needed, although the parking was very tight.

This was just an ideal choice for a short break in Santander with excellent value for money. The inside parking is affordable and saved us trouble in finding street parking. Make sure to navigate slowly when entering the garage due to its narrow entrance.
